Two Western Skyways IO-520-C engines with freshly overhauled Hartzell propellers were installed earlier this year.
Both engines come with Western Skyways 3-year transferable warrantee.
Ram Cams installed provide a slight HP boost but make for a much smoother idle.

As an ATP rated pilot, I have flown N229TA and I can honestly say it is the nicest piston twin I have ever flown. I was surprised at how quiet the cabin was and just how nice the controls felt. Whenever a part needed to be replaced the current owner always opted for the best and most up to date parts available. All of the hard work in updating this Baron is complete.
